Goodbye Nebraska City, Hello _________.

Stephen received news a couple Mondays ago that his store will be closing at the beginning of October. While we understood this was a possibility, it was not exactly foreseen, so we were shocked. Though the news was difficult to hear, we are confident and optimistic about the change ahead for Stephen; he has been assured that he will have a position with the company, just in another store. In other news, we are both in school this semester. Verizon is paying for Stephen to work on his PRSM (Professional Retail Sales & Management) certification through Bellevue University. If he chooses, he can go beyond certification and get his bachelor's degree, which Verizon will also pay for. Pretty cool! He starts a new class every six weeks. I have decided to go into medical coding and billing, and am currently registered as a full-time student through the community college here in Omaha. I have three classes (13.5 credit hours) this semester: Medical Terminology (not an online class, Aunt Peggy!), Introduction to Medical Law and Ethics, and Introduction to Health Management.
